Fussy but Fair –
This is a first impressions review which I’ll update later if my opinion changes. This is a generally comfortable office chair for me. I’m short, so my feet barely touch the floor at its lowest setting but that is usual for me with these types of chairs. The lumbar and head supports are terrific and the padded arms are very comfortable. It’s an added benefit that the latter can fold out of the way. While the materials are not what you’d find in more expensive chairs, it appears to be well-made and have no noticeable defects. My only complaint is that the cushion at the front digs into my thighs somewhat. This may soften in time but for now, it’s alleviated by adding a seat cushion and I’ll be trying a foot rest soon. Assembly was straightforward and unlike chairs I’ve assembled in the past, the bolts and bolt holes lined up well and everything fitted together without fuss. I found it easier to attach the back rest with the partial assembly on its side. The tilt and height adjustments work well, though the tilt lock is a little hard to get to as it’s a bit recessed under the seat. Time will tell how durable it is but for now, I don’t regret the purchase.

The only issue I have with this chair is the height. At its lowest setting, it is still too high for my legs to slide under my desk comfortably. I’m going to have to raise the desk a few inches. The seat is firm. Good back support. The seating material seems durable but I would’ve preferred a fabric material. If you are afraid it is the type faux leather that flakes off, I wouldn’t worry about that. The mechanics are very smooth. At this price point, it is a very good value.

This chair was fairly easy to assemble and is very sturdy. While it’s on wheels, it’s not a light chair and not easy to carry around if you needed to do that. It’s very comfortable and have been very pleased with it.

I’m disappointed with this chair. Box was damaged but taped back together pretty well. I really didn’t believe I would be able to assemble this chair when the built in spacers on the back looked to be slightly smashed and pointing off in the wrong direction. After I assembled the chair and sat it I noticed the scratchy feeling in my right hand. I noticed that the leather cover was about 1/4 inch to far back and the plastic underneath was showing and not finished smooth. Not happy and would not recommend this chair.

Worst chair i have ever bought. lasted 3 months seat has very little cushion, compacts down after a month. the locking bar does not lock the bar in place so you stuck rocking permanently. there are better chairs out there.

Extremely well-cushioned, very supportive. It’s a La-Z-Boy, so it’s as well-made and comfortable as you would expect. Moves easily, adjusts easily. If you need it with a higher desk, do note that the stated height is a bit misleading because while that is the height to the top of the seat cushion, it compresses when you sit on it. I separately bought a bolster seat to compensate. For the price, this can’t be beat.

Been about 2 weeks – Install is easy – Main problems are: Loud Popping noise from carriage when set for rocking and left side of seat feels lower than right – Was thinking about ordering another but lots of Buyers are having the same problem with Popping noise……

This is chair looks great and expensive, especially in beige. It is especially comfortable for the back. However, after using for a year the seat cushion has flattened out quickly and does not have the support that I would expect after only mild use. The back cushion has maintained support. I am average height and weight. I find myself using my guest chairs instead!
