This is a good looking chair. That said, it was not particularly comfortable for me, others may like, but the construction seems poor. Trim pieces on the arms, that were factory installed, kept repeatedly falling off every other day. I would have put up with the comfort but pieces falling off repeatedly are unacceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this chair. It’s always a risk buying a chair online because it’s important to test it out first, but my thought was that it would be okay because of the brand. It’s a really nice neutral color and the arms raise up so I can make it fit under my desk to save space. I wish it would go just a little bit lower but it’s okay with me. It’s a great chair to sit in for long periods of time.

Design flaw with the arm rests. They are attactched with a nylock nut through a thread that you have to disassemble the chair to access. Thread is not long enough to protrude through the nylock in the nut resulting in the arm rest loosening to the point of it falling off. Arm rests also do not lock in place which wouldnt be a problem if they stayed on the chair.

This chair cost me $6000 in medical bills. Started having issues with shoulder and couldn’t figure it out until switching chairs I realized it was this chair which caused a shoulder impingement from the angle it made me sit in. I’m 5’5 do not recommend!!
