Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to carrier delays, weather, address issues, product availability, or other events outside our control.
2. Supplier and Fulfillment Partners
Some orders may ship directly from a supplier, distributor, manufacturer, warehouse, or other fulfillment partner. Packaging, tracking, or the shipper name may reference that fulfillment partner. Citywide Shop remains your seller of record and your point of contact for order support, shipping issues, returns, refunds, and approved claims.
3. Tracking and Proof of Delivery
A tracking number is provided for every shipment. Carrier confirmation of delivery to the address you provided constitutes proof of delivery.
4. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, correct shipping address. Orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may incur re-shipping costs and are not eligible for a non-delivery refund.
5. Non-Delivery and Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, or tracking has not updated, email [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
6. Return-to-Sender Packages
Return-to-sender packages are the only returns we may process without an RMA. If a carrier returns a package to us as refused, undeliverable, or otherwise returned to sender, we will review it after receipt and inspection under our Return & Refund Policy.
If you want to return an item after delivery, do not send it yourself. Authorized returns require an RMA number and our provided prepaid return label, with no exceptions outside a carrier return-to-sender scenario.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items cannot be shipped to certain states or locations due to legal, carrier, or supplier restrictions. Restricted items may be blocked at checkout or canceled and refunded if the restriction is identified after checkout.
