Shipping Policy

Citywide Shop currently offers Free Shipping on all orders. For some large items, you have the option to choose for “White Glove” shipping, which is a paid shipping method. White Glove delivery includes services like inside delivery and room of choice.

In transit times are usually 3 – 5 business days after your order has been shipped. Be aware that events we are unable to control such as delivery delay with the carrier, weather, or even pandemics will cause the shipping time to be extended.

For large packages such as TVs and Home Gyms, the typical time frame will be around 5-10 business days.

Some orders are shipped via a Freight carrier. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier to schedule a delivery date. Delivery dates are based on availability by the carrier.

Once your order has been marked as “Shipped” you can track it easily by logging into your account and viewing the order details. You will find that a tracking number has been uploaded (if applicable) with a link you can follow to the shipping carrier’s page.

You will also receive a shipping notification via email. In this email you will also find the tracking number and link to the shipping carrier’s page.
