    Had another chair that looked a lot like this one, but it clicked when you rotated it and felt cheesy. This one cost twice as much, but worth every penny. It’s solid, comfortable, and has great lateral support to the torso. Five stars.

    Chair is quality, comfortable, and went together easily. However, I am 5’6”, and it does not lower to a level where my feet can rest on floor. Customer service number was very nice, and offered a couple options including purchasing a shorter bar, but I have not followed through, and am using a footstool

    Some of the other reviews say that the material on the outside of the chair is too thin. For the price point of this chair it is more than adequate. This chair is very comfortable, stable and high quality for the price you are paying for it. I am definitely happy with my purchase and have no regrets.

    This is a nice chair. Seems to be good quality for the price. I sit at my desk all day, so I was looking for something that would provide all day comfort. This one will do for now, but I’ll have to either spend a bit more money on something a bit more robust, or reupholster my old chair.
    Although I’m not big or tall, my old chair is a “big and tall” chair that I purchased specifically because I felt I had a better chance of getting something that would provide all day comfort if I did. And I was correct. I’ve had it six years and the faux leather started to peel off. When I went to get it reupholstered, I was told it would be cheaper to just buy a new one. True, but comfort is more important. So, for now – this one will do. I caught it on sale, so the price was fair, and I’m happy for now.

    A huge, comfortable desk chair. Easy to put together. Excellent price. If you are planning on using the chair on hardwood floors, I suggest purchasing a set of “rollerblade” casters, as the message, under the chair seat, warns “Do not use these wheels on hardwood floors.” We replaced the wheels, and the chair is perfect. The beige color is a little more grey than I would have preferred, but I am still very happy with my purchase.
