    Settings on front panel do not function according to directions. The Burr grinder worked awesome but the grind amount, water & especially the coffee warmer were inconsistent and very frustrating even after reading directions a number of times.

    Makes a very good cup of coffee. I marked it down one star because the grinder is VERY loud. We live in a one story house and sleep with the door open. When the pot is set to go off at a certain time, you better be ready to get up because there is no sleeping through it. The other thing I find odd, is the Led clock/timer does not light. We called the manufacturer who told us it is not designed to light up. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    We purchased this model to replace and older version with a blade grinder. It was still working but the coffee grinding mechanism wasn’t working as well after over 15 years of daily use.

    This model is better! The burr grinder works well and it’s so nice to wake up to freshly made coffee.

    We have had this maker for many years and keep buying a new one, every time one breaks.
    It makes great fresh coffee on a timer. It’s very templated dunction and not very smart but works very well for one tuned function – morning coffee.
    However the overall quality seems to be on a downward trend. The grinder has gotten progressively louder each revision, to the point that currently it’s ridiculous.

    I’ve only used it a couple of times so far but it works as advertised. It grinds the coffee beans well and the drip part of the process works as promised. It is easy to use and clean. It comes with a “forever” filter which I didn’t realize until i bought replacement filters! I hope it lasts several years!

    This is the best burr grinder coffee maker ever!! We had a carafe one before and it did not pour without spilling so when it gave up the ghost, we bought this one. It pours lovely, no drips or spills, the heating element time can be extended and the coffee tastes great. We wholeheartedly recommend this coffee maker.

    Poor design. Cup markings on the carafe were gone in a very short time. A replacement carafe had the same issue. My old carafe from a cuisinart regular coffeemaker still has it’s markings and is at least 3 years old. In addition the new carafe does not have a lip on the pour spout,so the coffee drips on to the hot plate and burns to the bottom of the carafe. The display has no backlight so it is very hard to read. Cuisinart offered no help with any of these issues.

    This is a great coffee pot. Coffee is so fresh due to the fact that it is ground just before brewing. You add the amount of water to the well and tell the machine how much grounds you want to use. If you only want 4 cups of coffee, only add 4 cups of water. The machine will brew ALL the water you add to the well. Don’t add the amount of water you want to use all week as it will brew it all in one time. It will only grind the amount of beans that you tell it to grind. All in all, this is a great machine.
