    Really disappointed! We have purchased at least 4 of these grind and brew Cuisinart coffee makers over the past 15-20 years. We have always loved the quality and performance. We have also gifted one to our son. This was a dud! The beeper function didn’t work. Other internal mechanisms failed to work. Previous ones came packaged in a shipping box in addition to the product box. This one didn’t. No extra protection.

    This is the perfect coffee maker! The hopper has a nice capacity and depending on how much coffee you make can go about 3 days before refilling with beans. You can also use coffee that has already been ground which is also a nice option to have. The programming is easy, clean up simple, and the coffee is delicious! The only critic we would give is that the warming plate could have options to set the temperature as some times it seems luke warm vs hot.

    It’s a bit fussy and there’s a lot of parts to clean. But it makes really good coffee. Hopeful that the built-in filter will alleviate the buildup that kills coffee makers in our household. Can definitely tell the difference between coffee ground immediately before brew and that which was ground the night before. Build feels high quality, heavy and substantial. Press pot makes somewhat better coffee, but this is very close.

    We love it. Hubs and I like our coffee strong so we put the grind setting on 9 cups but only add 6 cups of water. It’s so much easier than grinding coffee and pouring it in the filter and spilling the grinds and then cleaning the grinder and putting it away etc. now I just add water the night before. I will say it’s a little clunky to clean but I’ll still take it.

    An (almost) exact replacement for a Cuisinart coffee maker that finally quit working after 20 years. The only difference is the older machine had a thermal carafe while the newer one had glass. The older thermal carafe works perfectly with the new coffee maker. Coffee quality is excellent.

    Bought this July 7 2024, it stop working today October 28 2025 lasted only 15 months used it only 1 time per day for two people. It failed to scheduled brew yesterday then completely died today. Would have given it 1 star but did like it for its very short life time.
