Weber Gas Grill with Powerful Liquid Propane Performance

The Weber Spirit EP-325 is built for reliable outdoor cooking with the convenience of liquid propane fuel. With three main burners and a large total cooking area, this Weber gas grill makes it easy to prepare full meals for family dinners, backyard parties, and summer gatherings. Its traditional grill style offers dependable performance while maintaining a compact footprint for patios, decks, and outdoor spaces.

Boost Burners for High-Heat Searing

This liquid propane grill features two Boost Burners that unleash 40% more power in the sear zone. That extra heat helps create flavorful sear marks on steaks, burgers, chops, and other grilled favorites. Whether you are cooking quick weeknight meals or hosting a weekend barbecue, the Weber Spirit EP-325 gives you the heat control needed for bold grilled flavor.

Porcelain-Enameled Cast-Iron Cooking Grates

The porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates provide excellent heat retention for consistent grilling results. These durable grates help distribute heat across the cooking surface while supporting strong searing performance. As a result, this Weber gas grill is well suited for everything from high-heat grilling to slower, indirect cooking.

450 Square Inches of Total Cooking Space

With 360 square inches of primary cooking space and 90 square inches of secondary cooking space, the Weber Spirit EP-325 offers 450 square inches total. The main cooking area is large enough for everyday meals, while the warming rack adds extra room for buns, sides, or indirect grilling. Therefore, you can cook mains and sides at the same time with less back-and-forth.

Snap-Jet Ignition for Easy Startup

The Snap-Jet ignition system makes lighting individual burners quick and simple. Just turn the knob until it snaps and ignites, allowing you to start cooking with one hand. This easy ignition system helps make the Weber Spirit EP-325 a convenient option for frequent outdoor grilling.

Digital Thermometer for Precise Temperature Monitoring

The built-in digital thermometer lets you see precise grill temperatures day or night. This makes it easier to manage heat levels while searing, roasting, warming, or grilling with indirect heat. Better temperature visibility helps support more consistent cooking results across a variety of recipes.

Grease Management and Durable Weber Construction

The pull-out grease tray is located under the cookbox and slides out for quick disposal, helping simplify cleanup after each cookout. Built with quality Weber construction from lid to wheels, this Weber gas grill is designed for long-lasting outdoor use and is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.

Great grill…but box was damaged during delivery. Most of contents were intact and allowed for assembly, but metal sides of cart were dented & warped, making assembly difficult.

Functionality as expected from Weber. Nicely featured. Assembly mostly ok but as mentioned in other reviews some metal parts had bends and minor dents even though box is well packed.

Fairly easy to put together. Very quick and simple lighting. I’ve only used it a couple of times but it seems to allow quite a bit of flare up. Gets a little scary grilling a rib eye steak or hamburger. I have used yet on less fatty food.

We needed a smaller grill and with the fold down shelf it worked out great. Really like the Sear Zone. Our last Weber was still working great after 25 years with the easy to obtain replacement parts.

Nice grill relatively easy to assemble. I had one damaged part and Webber had a replacement to me within a week

Putting the grill together was a bit confusing with both the written instructions and even using the Weber website and animated instructions. The screw on the temperature gauge that closes the battery storage area stripped right off the bat and took time and money to get removed. Have not been able to use the grill yet.

3 burner model. Bought and assembled myself. Took less time than I thought it would. Heats up a little slower than full grill but grills food really well! Enough room for grilling for 7-8 people.

My online order of this grill was delivered fast and arrived in good condition. Assembly was fairly straight forward but some parts of the instructions left me scratching my head. This grill is well made and of high quality. The burners ignite easily and the grill heats up quickly. The digital thermometer is great. Well pleased overall. One more thing. If you are assembling this yourself be prepared for a boatload of cardboard. Just about everything inside the box is packed in it. That extra cardboard protected the grill parts very well and nothing was damaged.

Fantastic grill! We had to get an exchange as the parts were bent during transport but it was relatively straightforward to assemble and cooks like a pro! We wanted a small but effective grill that would last and this is the grill!

Haven’t used it a lot yet but initial feelings are mixed.

I’ve actually been pretty happy so far with the functionality. Seems to work at a wide range of temperatures. I do quite a bit of low and slow cooking and the body seals up reasonably tightly and accommodates that better than many barbecues I’ve had.

After seeing several reviews about bent panels I decided to risk it anyway but sure enough—several dents and one pretty good bent section. Nothing that prevented assembly or affects function but still a bit annoying when you’re paying for Weber. Assembly instructions were at the very least unclear at a couple of early stages (and in one case I think wrong).

I hate undoing and redoing work but it’s all working well now and high hopes for the future.

Purchased this grill a month ago. The grill delivered as promised and was in great condition. Assembly was straight forward and easy. I have used the grill a few times and I am happy with its performance. The grill heats up quickly and I really like the sear feature. So far I am impressed with how it cooks for a 3 burner grill at a good price point.

The quality I expect from Weber, one thing though, they have the worlds worst assembly instructions.
