Upgrade your backyard cooking setup with the Weber Spirit EP-325 Liquid Propane Gas Grill. This Weber gas grill offers 450 square inches of total cooking space, 31,000 BTUs of grilling power, porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates, and two Boost Burners that deliver extra heat in the sear zone. Designed for everyday grilling and weekend cookouts, it gives you the space, control, and performance needed to cook burgers, steaks, chicken, vegetables, sides, and more.
Weber Gas Grill with Powerful Liquid Propane Performance
The Weber Spirit EP-325 is built for reliable outdoor cooking with the convenience of liquid propane fuel. With three main burners and a large total cooking area, this Weber gas grill makes it easy to prepare full meals for family dinners, backyard parties, and summer gatherings. Its traditional grill style offers dependable performance while maintaining a compact footprint for patios, decks, and outdoor spaces.
Boost Burners for High-Heat Searing
This liquid propane grill features two Boost Burners that unleash 40% more power in the sear zone. That extra heat helps create flavorful sear marks on steaks, burgers, chops, and other grilled favorites. Whether you are cooking quick weeknight meals or hosting a weekend barbecue, the Weber Spirit EP-325 gives you the heat control needed for bold grilled flavor.
Porcelain-Enameled Cast-Iron Cooking Grates
The porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates provide excellent heat retention for consistent grilling results. These durable grates help distribute heat across the cooking surface while supporting strong searing performance. As a result, this Weber gas grill is well suited for everything from high-heat grilling to slower, indirect cooking.
450 Square Inches of Total Cooking Space
With 360 square inches of primary cooking space and 90 square inches of secondary cooking space, the Weber Spirit EP-325 offers 450 square inches total. The main cooking area is large enough for everyday meals, while the warming rack adds extra room for buns, sides, or indirect grilling. Therefore, you can cook mains and sides at the same time with less back-and-forth.
Snap-Jet Ignition for Easy Startup
The Snap-Jet ignition system makes lighting individual burners quick and simple. Just turn the knob until it snaps and ignites, allowing you to start cooking with one hand. This easy ignition system helps make the Weber Spirit EP-325 a convenient option for frequent outdoor grilling.
Digital Thermometer for Precise Temperature Monitoring
The built-in digital thermometer lets you see precise grill temperatures day or night. This makes it easier to manage heat levels while searing, roasting, warming, or grilling with indirect heat. Better temperature visibility helps support more consistent cooking results across a variety of recipes.
Grease Management and Durable Weber Construction
The pull-out grease tray is located under the cookbox and slides out for quick disposal, helping simplify cleanup after each cookout. Built with quality Weber construction from lid to wheels, this Weber gas grill is designed for long-lasting outdoor use and is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.

I was super impressed with this grill as I was putting it together. It came well packaged and assembly was more complex than I imagined but it was manageable.
After using this for about 3 months and keeping covered about 80% of the time and always if inclement weather I am seeing that the finish may not hold up like the older Webers. The black finish is getting hazy and the bezel around the knobs is getting spotty and difficult to keep looking good. It takes a lot of effort to keep the stainless look clean, same with the plastic shelf and stainless inset.
It cooks well but tends to sputter in low flame but the boost feature is nice. The small size is perfect for our household. The grates are cheap and thin and don’t sear great. Works well with a cast iron griddle. My main concern is that it’s already showing wear so early.
I would not buy this model again unless way big discount.

This is a great grill. It easily can sear steaks up to 600 degrees and is easy to maintain and keep clean . The digital thermostat is a nice feature. It cooks evenly and works well when using direct and indirect heat. It is the perfect size for 4 people.

Frustrating when putting all the pieces together to find out the back panel is missing. Overall perfect size and works great.

This EP-325 is a real step up from my old Spirit grill. The wheels make it easy to move around the patio, even when it’s fully loaded. Cleanup is quick and painless, no fighting with stuck-on grease or a dozen parts to take apart.
It lights fast every time, no multiple attempts or waiting around. Heat is even across the whole cooking surface, so I’m not chasing hot spots or rotating food constantly. The built-in digital thermometer is a great touch too. No more guessing or using a separate probe just to check temps.
Overall this is a solid upgrade if you already own a Spirit grill and are wondering if it’s worth the jump. For me, it was.

Weber Spirit EP-325 grill was fairly easy to assemble, and it works great for all of our grilling needs. It comes up to temp quickly and is very consistent in the heat distribution. Food is cooked with a good char, and tastes great. Quality of construction is also very obvious. I look forward to enjoying this grill for many years to come.

I love the grill. Directions for assembly were excellent. I especially like the searing feature. The reason it receives a 4 is that the handle can get pretty warm/hot, I can touch it and it cools as soon as it lifted but for some this may be a non-starter.

Good downsizing and replacement of a bigger Weber grill. The assembly was most easy other than one part was exceedingly tight.
The folding shelf, igniter and the thermometer are good additions.

My husband needed a replacement for his dual-source (charcoal + gas) grill – at 6 yrs old, the burners were beginning to corrode & paint on the underside of the hood is flaking off. Deciding to stick just with a propane source, we bought him a smaller, slicker grill, which he’s used just twice thus far (thank you, multiple rainstorms). But he’s VERY pleased with it, especially how quickly it heated up and how easy it is to control the temperature. So it’s a winner, thus far. (Bought him the Weber dedicated cover as well, so it doesn’t look like there’s a shapeless tarp thrown over it. He loves that, too.)

Make sure that the front panel is fully screwed in when you assemble the grill. If you don’t then lighting function on the knobs doesn’t work well.

We got this grill a few weeks ago and it works very well and was reasonably priced. It took me about a half an hour to put it together, but it was not that big a deal.

I received the grill on May 28th and assembled it on June 5, 2026. When I opened the box and reviewed the parts and the 2 side panels were damaged. I did assemble the unit by hammering the parts as close to normal as I could, but you can still see that the metal is damaged. The packaging was not adequate for shipping UPS.
