The filters are the actual manufactures replacement at a much lower cost. you only replace the Green filer every year and the purple every 6 months. The other filter is every two years, don’t get confused on which are replaced and how often. To stop the spicket from blinking red, remove the battery for 15 seconds and then reinstall.

unhappy because I got the red light that indicates that it needs to be change. After three months of put it bright new therefore I changed and it shows again red flushing light .

Good package of replacement filters. Installation of replacement filters is problematic if not done correctly and can cause water leakage. This is a filter head issue compared to other filter systems I have used.

Good Product. Delivers what you expect. Faucet light may not work at first which need a minor adjustment. After a few years I got replacement. sent by customer service overnight.

The filters work fine, I just have to buy stage two separately. Ideally, the pack would come 1, 2 and 3 together.

I used this system for over a year and it is quiet and working well. Only once I had some leak when changing the filters but reinstalling the filters the issue was solved. I used previously the 4 stage system and it was much nosier than this when reloading the tank.

Easy installation. System works flawlessly. Only reason for 4 stars is that there is no option for purchasing the stage 2 filter.

Unfortunately, the set does not include stage 2. The company sells stage 2 in high price separately.

Install went well enough for something with this many parts. Has worked well enough for about a year. The only functional issue I’ve had was when i changed the filters. Somehow the tube for the RO filter drain came off after(not while) I replaced the other two filter elements and soaked my under-sink cabinet. So, remember to re-check all the connections when changing filter elements.

This RO system is amazing! I love the taste of the water and feel better about drinking tap water once it’s undergone the 3 treatments. It was easy for my hubby to install under the sink although it does take up a good amount of room w the 3 filters and 5 gallon storage tank.

Price point is ok . Nonetheless one important filter is not included in this set which is the cellulose filter. This filter costs more than the three filters featured here which is ridiculous.

The instructions accompanying the replacement filters are not entirely helpful or consistent.
So when it comes to understanding how to install the refill cartridges, use the original instructions.

Same items as the original ones except the labeling materials are somehow cheaper, i.e. paper stickers instead of steady secured plastic labels, easily got wet and peeling off during the replacement. Hope the quality is the same as the original ones.

It’s annoying that they don’t sell stage two with the filters instead of giving me two stage 1 … you should make it more detail saying it’s only stage 1 and two .
