    Nice system that started with water quality reading at 21 ppm for over a year, then in another year’s time rose to 54 ppm (tap water being 248 ppm). We finally changed out all 4 filters and it’s better, but nowhere near original 21 ppm – after a month only down to 48 ppm. Wondering why the difference.

    Happy the replacements filters are back in stock. Our regular unfiltered tap water (Arizona) is perfectly safe to drink but the hard taste is unappealing, so we installed this system in our kitchen last year. This filtered water tastes great, much better than any bottled water we tried. Happy with purchase.

    The OEM products make a difference. The output from the RO is below 10 tds ppm. Salt is at ZERO and heavy metals do not register on my equipment.
