    This was our first time to change the RO membrane. We ran into a problem and the customer support was excellent. Reached a human quickly, who helped troubleshoot and recommend the correct solution. Hint: Don’t skip the flow restrictor step!

    Easy to replace. Plumber not needed but should have some experience as the handy person about the house. The membrane filter has three connectors, the two at the top work just like the other filters but the one at the bottom requires special connection and there is no directions.

    They are the exact replacement for the cartridges for our system. The PureBlueH2O system makes drinking water a lot more pleasant because it reduces the hardness and removes the chlorine flavor.

    This system I have been using for six years. The water that is filtered through. The system is always clean, clear and consistent. The ease of replacing the filters is simple enough for a senior like myself to do. We love the taste and absence of odor of the water.

    Two things I would like to see implemented is a larger storage tank and improved water pressure. Other than this, we love our water system.
