It is very easy to replace and overall cleans the water but you can not see the substances that it has cleaned as yellow layers. We used to have Watts Premier Osmosis Filter System that was very hard for US to change filters but you could see lots of ugly yellow layers on filters when it was removed. Water tasted better too but Watts is more expensive and more complicated system and breaks down faster and company does not care about their system malfunction. Since everything we eat and drink in U.S. is poisoned no matter what, i continue using Pure Blue H2O.

Great product, easy to install, but directions could be clearer. When you install the new filter, there will be air bubbles, I needed to drain the full tank twice to get rid of them. Not a huge hassle once you know what you are doing, but there was no warning. Also, you need to remove the battery from the faucet to change the warning light back to blue (also not noted in directions).

The replacement filters fit perfectly, and were easy to replace. But the package does not include the Blue Filter, so I was only able to replace 3 of the 4 filters. I guess you have to buy the Blue Filter separately. Now I have one yellow filter and one green filter extra. Why don’t they just sell the four filters together? Makes no sense.

This water filter changed everything. Our rural water always became turbid during the summer months. It was not the best. I never worry any more about the quality of our water. And I do not have to haul bottled water anymore. Bottled water has micro particles of plastic inside, per an article in the science news, and the BBC. These micro particles may stay inside the body. There is no way to know if the bottling process leaves plastic in the water or how much. The water I drink now is well filtered and easy to maintain. The only thing in my home I love more is our air filter.

I bought replacement filter, and installed it. The test result is 71 which is higher than old filter used for 2 years (44). The old filter had test result of 17 when we initially installed it. Need explanation for this.

I give it very low rate because pure H2O water filter’s quality is so worse than any brand water filter, not for its water filter replacement filters. Just used the system for 2 years, the system starts to leak. The tank was always empty and water flowed everywhere in my cabinet, even damaged my wood floor. The plumber suggested to replace some parts, but the issue still is there. My friend bought the same produce and had the same issue. Hers is a little more than one year. Do not choose this water filter system and waste your money.

Be sure to check your water before and after filter replacement for TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) with the appropriate meter. I found that I needed to also replace the membrane as the TDS was well over 100 after filter replacement but dropped to a fraction of that after replacing the membrane (obtaining only from the mfg website).

These are the same filters that came with the PURE BLUE H2O System when you bought it except there is enough filters for a year. Two Yellow Stage 1 filters; Two Green Stage 2 filters; and One Red Stage 4 filter. The only filter this pack does NOT include is the Blue Stage 3 Membrane filter which is not replaced yearly (see your users manual for the variably frequency on that filter.) The pack is shrink wrapped in plastic and each filter is individually shrink wrapped as well. It also includes instructions for changing the filters in case you misplaced the users manual. I have been using these filters for quite some time now and have never had a problem with any of them.

I bought this unit over a year ago and then hesitated installing it. I thought it would take up too much room under the counter and was going to mount it in the basement just under the counter. Finally installed. Was much easier than I thought it would be…not as easy as the woman in the YouTube video that has her counter waist high but still easy. Everything fit fine. Works great and the water is clearly filtered. Coffee tastes better and we now use for all cooking/baking that asks for water. My only issue is the “noise” it generates while it is calling for water and the purging sound can be annoying. I bought the replacement filters but haven’t had the need to use. Directions state 200 minutes of dispensing before replacements go in.

The product is good as it is not easy to install or maintain for many. Although, the water does taste great and produces clear ice. In addition, it saves a lot of plastic bottles from being purchased with an unjustified CRV charge.

This product has not really worked for me. I bought the original Pure Blue system and for six months it worked fine. This purchase is replacement filters and has not performed as expected. It leaks despite obtaining problem solving directions from the manufacturer; it is noisy and I feel it necessary to turn it off every night so it doesn’t flood my kitchen.

Should put the warning that there is no stage 3 filter. We saw whole set and thought that cover all stages filters. Turn out missing stage 3.

Our city tap water was about 330 ppm of dissolves solids. With this system it is down to 21 ppm. System works well and is easy to maintain. The only problem is the blinking reminder light, blinks blue all of the time, then after about 6 mid. It blinks red. It doesn’t reset automatically. You have to take the battery out to reset it manually. After a few weeks it started blinking red again, had to go through the process again. Sort of a minor nuisance, but overall the systems works very well.

I have used this unit for about a year and a half and it has been great, the filters are so easy to replace compared to my old unit with old style filters that were a pain to replace. Water taste is awesome but you do have to replace 4 of the filters at least every six months. Only issue I have is air gap on faucet makes a sucking noise whenever water is being produced. Installation was fairly easy to me since I have installed multiple units over the years for myself and family members. Definitely recommend this unit.

Great product very easy to change with a twist! I like how it will only fit one way making it super easy. The whole system was pretty easy to install took me about an hr.or so!! I would highly cleaning out the white drain tube that comes from the faucet side down to the sink drain. At the time you change your filters as this tube gets clogged with junk which will cause water to come out the air hole on the faucet. Took me awhile to figure out why water was coming out of the airport and this was not listed in the trouble shooting section of the manual. (Found the solution online) Otherwise great product would recommend to anyone!!

We used to spend a ton of time and money refilling 5gal jugs at the local water store getting alkaline water. I started doing the math and decided to pull the trigger on an RO system and we’ve never looked back. The water tastes as good and it comes from a tap IN my house instead of having to drive and lug those heavy bottles around. The refill cartridges are easy to swap out and last relatively long (depending on how much h20 your family uses).
Side note… My tap was making noise when the tank was refilling which I thought was due to a bad filter, turns out the drain hose had some “gunk” built up in it so I went to YouTube for instructions and I’ve since cleaned it out and it runs like new.

I removed all the filters but I didn’t turn the off valve under the sink so when I started installing them the 3rd filter wouldn’t seal properly as I twisted it in and the water started flowing out and made a huge puddle. I wiped and mopped the area and tried again with the valve shut off and only the water in the line came flowing out. I twisted it all the way to create the seal and there was nonleak. Turned on vavle and still no leak. 4th unit in different homes I’ve own. Works great.

Bought and installed in October 2017. I’ve had it long enough now to change the 1st and 2nd filters. It was very easy to change. The hard part was getting the battery out to reset the indicator light. When it was first installed I had a little trouble with it leaking through the hole on the spout. I had read about it in some of the reviews. The person that installed was careful with the install but it still leaked. After an adjustment on one of the hoses it has worked great since.
I appreciate all the bad stuff that is filtered out including the fluoride which is one of the main reasons for getting the system. I would recommend this system to others.
