All extra replacement parts are so expensive to order because of shipping charge.
I ordered tank elbow adaptor $3.50 but shipping charge was 6.80 and if you want two days delivery, it was $40.00 for small fitting. It was so poorly design tank elbow adaptor, when it slip from base an fell, fitting was easily broken. Other filter system tank fitting didn’t broke even if tank fell to side.

I bought the Pure Blue H2O 5PC water filter replacements because I needed to replace cartridges 1&2. They were easy to replace. Because I bought the 5 PC, in 6 months I will have what I need to replace 1,2,and 3. The 5 PC set is cost effective. In a year I will buy the same set again. This filter gives excellent tasting water.

This is NOT all that you will need to change out your filters- it doesnt include the stage 4 membrane. Very disappointed.

We have had the system in home for 2 1/2 years and believe it to be a very good one that works as it is supposed to work. However, as with all RO systems, it is very important to READ and FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS very carefully, especially where it comes to cutting the tubing (do NOT use copper as you will eventually develop leaks with it because of the ultra pure water). If the drain tube is inserted into the drain pipe too far, you will hear noise of the dripping when the system is generating. If you have a water conditioner in your home, you can probably double the life of the filter cartridges, as we have.

I paid $1300 for a under the sink RO from a brand name provider that starts with a “C”…. And it was so frustrating with customer service to the installation, even paying for it was a ordeal the sales guy lost my cash and it magically reappeared…. anyways…. This system I put it in my self in less than a hour never installing one before and the water tests with half as many PPM than the industry leader. I would have paid $1300 for this system and happily done it myself before I ever go back to the the company. I only hope they will be around for a while because I don’t want to ever use any other RO. I Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

I ordered these online as they are not available in the store. The only thing I was puzzled by was that you receive a pack of five and there are four filters on the system but you only replace three of them. The package says a one year supply. So, I guess you replace just the remaining two filters after about six months. I wish the package gave more detailed information about when to replace. Otherwise, the filters are super easy to replace and the water tastes great!

We are really happy with our purchase of the Pure Blue 5pc H20 Reverse Osmosis system! We have been using it for 9 months. Thankful not to be drinking out of plastic bottles anymore and to have purified cooking water. This system was easy to install (with the installation video) and the replacement cartridges were a great price and easy to replace.

Bought this a year ago and just changed out stages 1, 2 and 4. Took about 10 minutes. Pulled out the battery compartment and took battery out and put it back in and it went from red to blue. Only complaint is it can sometimes be a little loud when tank is filling up

The red light came on after just 4 1/2 months use. I replaced filters 1 and 2 as directed but still a red light until I replaced the battery in the faucet. Not clear to me now whether it’s just the battery that needed replacement. Filters are too expensive to be replacing needlessly. Will keep an eye on this next time and report back.
