It gives a great shave, however I have not been able to charge it. I’ve contacted the manufacturer twice and was told they would send me an adaptor for the charging cord, and I’m s5ill waiting for it. I don’t even know if that is going to solve my problem.

The shaver is awesome, however they included the wrong power cord for my cradle, so the it’s kinda useless. The cord doesn’t fit in the cradle power slot. The UV compartment cord fits right, but the not the circular cradle.

Does not give a close shave. And the closest it gets takes a long time. The app is silly—it just times how long your shaves last. The “tips” might be helpful if you’re shaving for the first time ever.

shaves surprisingly well, before this i was using Panasonic, which over the years was able to provide the most close shave (before that i had Philips Norelco) I decided to give this a try again and see if the shave is comparable, and indeed it is. So in short compared to Panasonic this shaver is better (not by much) but still better, especially when it comes to adapting to areas like under the chin and the neck area, it requires less going back and forth to cut all the remaining hair. I highly recommend. Just remember you must allow at least a good two weeks of daily shaving to get used to a new shaver.

I’m pleased with the razor itself. I have very sensitive facial skin and this shaves very smoothly and cleanly. The major complaints I have are 1) they’re too cheap to include a 110 outlet adapter for the included USB charging cable, 2) who needs an app for their razor? They need to focus a little more on that their customer’s wants/needs feature wise. Thus the 4 rather than 5 start rating.

I bought this to replace an older Philips shaver and am pleased with the way it works. It’s a bit heavier than the other one but you get used to that and it feels good, like it’s well built. I liked the older cradle for charging, this stand feels weak compared to that. The newer head design makes it easier to rinse. I would like a slip on plastic shield for the blade head for traveling and a pouch as well. Accessories, like a travel pouch, on Philips website have been a challenge to find.
