This is an effective window air conditioner for a 12’x24′ sunroom with 12 windows, 2 doors and a pass through window to the kitchen. It is so quiet-no loud cycling on and off and no intense blowing air. Quiet and cold. Excellent!

When it works it works. However mine suddenly stops and reboots. The display flashes and there’s a loud beep. Very alarming in the middle of the night. It’s under warranty and I’ll take it back very soon. Otherwise it’s very quiet and cools quickly.

The ability to have A/C and still open your window is really nice. I purchased two units to replace the others that worked great also but were recalled. The modification, also increases the longevity of the unit, so that’s a plus. The unit is quiet and doesn’t wake me up in a silent room. I have one on the third floor of my house and even during the hot summers, this unit keeps a 500 sq. ft. room cool and comfortable.

Quiet , highly effective cools a hot 18’x 15′ room down in under 20 minutes, great dehumidifier mode. Love that you can change directions of air flow. Remote works very well. Installation can be a bit complicated if following directions, however we installed it in first floor window with a couple of wooden shims in 5 minutes.

I was slightly intimidated to put this in because I have an older window and I have never seen a U shaped unit. This was SO easy! It was delivered quick and the step by step instructions were easy to follow. Maybe took 30 minutes total. It’s quiet and cools the entire space quickly.
