    Good price, quick delivery. Installation was bit clumsey as some of the holes and nuts doesn’t aligned well. Best feature is good lumbar support. It does have luxury look and feel. Only issue is, it does recline in a static mode like a fixed reclining, but doesn’t have agile or dynamic reclining. Otherwise it is a beautiful chair to have.

    Love this chair! I got it for my sister for Christmas and she’s madly in love with it and tells me almost every day. It is a very good looking chair and I love the lighter color. It’s extremely comfortable with the memory foam and the lumbar support. It’s so handy how the armrest fold up so you can push it in closer to the desk. It has a nice height level that you can adjust and it rolls really well. Overall, it’s an excellent chair and I would get it again in a heartbeat. It’s so comfortable to sit in. Love it.

    Oh my goodness, this chair is everything I have ever wanted! It is super comfy, roomy and works perfectly with my desk. I sit Indian style at my desk and there are no restrictions. I can move the arm of the chair all the way up and still be able to fully slide under my desk, closer to my keyboard. The height is perfect. Truly all-around GREAT chair!

    The chair is very soft to sit on. But at 5′ 4″ the neck padding pushes out to much causing my head to go forward. Not a good position for my costochondritis. My husband at 6′ fits perfect. The neck support padding is on his neck where it needs to be. If there was a way to remove the padding it may work.

    This executive chair is very comfortable and fits my husband but it also fits me, a woman, very well. The arms lift up out of the way to ensure you can be snug during zoom calls or when writing on a desk. The lumbar support is really good. The levers “feel” sturdy. I use it on a glass mat and the wheels are really good. I will need another chair for an office and will buy this chair again.
