    Be careful. Mine was defective. Due to the inability to bring the vertical column up without two people (one to hold the spring pin out). Sounds like some have not had an issue but if yours has my problem watch your feet! Oh, and don’t throw away the box so you can return it! Too bad, when I did use it, I liked it, but mine has an issue and it’s too dangerous to use.

    At first I wasn’t sure if I should get this because of the space it would take but when it’s in the fold position it is so compact. I have used the videos and didn’t realize how many different things you can do with this machine.

    I made a resolution to get more fit this year. This is definitely a big help. The ease of set up and use is amazing. I bought this because I didn’t want to have to pay to go to the gym and have body shame. I find being a bit on the overweight side this is easy to use because of the rolling action and smoothness of doing the exercises. It came with an exercise manual and DVD’s for showing proper form, and suggested routines. It doesn’t take up a lot of room and there’s no heavy weights to have laying around. The ability to increase levels is efficient and quick. I have had my total gym for only 2 weeks and am already seeing results. You can get a workout in as little as 20 minutes a day! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to ease into exercising and getting fit!

    I am incredibly impressed with the Total Gym. I’m 63 years old and have worked out my whole life, so I know gym equipment well. I bought this because I was going stir crazy, being stuck at home because of Covid. This piece of equipment is versatile (I do 30 exercises every time I work out) and very high quality, It is solidly built and the glide board moves very smoothly. My intent was to use it until my local gym opens up, then sell it. I may just keep it!

    The newer model of the Total Gym is much improved. I have had an older Total Gym at our home in Michigan. The XL7 is more sturdy and has improved functions. Very pleased with the new Total Gym!

    I purchased a Total Gym back in early 2003. Its still around and my son uses it now. Decided to buy another one for my own. Still very similar in form and function but has many more features…LOVE IT!
    Unboxing requires help as its a bit heavy but I was able to start using it in less than 40 minutes.
    Wish there was more Apps that had a routine to follow but with the existing videos, its better than nothing.
    Go get one, you wont regret it….especially at this price.

    This is a all-in-one product that is very simple to install, use and maintain. This uses less space as well.
    The booklet and the dvd’s are super useful to see the various kind of exercise that you can do.

    Easy to transition from one exercise to another. Slides easily on bare floor when on the mat that comes with it, so I was able to leave set up for easy access whether I follow along with dvd, or just do a quick work out.
