This blender is awesome; it is easy to clean (it is very helpful to be able to access the blades directly) and powerful. It has had no problem blending anything I’ve put in, as long as I don’t overfill it. There is a bit of a learning curve about the order to put in ingredients but once you’ve got that figured out it couldn’t be easier! Beware though; the blades are very sharp (at least while it’s new). I’ve been covering it with an old takeout container while it dries because we don’t run our dishwasher as often as I want to make smoothies.

I bought two of these blenders. I use them more than most because I have to puree all of my food to accommodate medical issues. This blender does a better, quicker job than others I have tried, and it is very convenient. I have not had it long enough to provide a long history, but it blends better than any other I have tried, and it is easy to use. It does not need a plastic gasket which is usually responsible for the failure of other machines. This one is easy to clean and does not leak. All blenders are noisy, but this one is tolerable.
