• Third-Party Service: Delivery and installation may be performed by a third-party carrier. Services can only occur at the time of your scheduled appointment.
• Utility Connections: Connection to existing utilities is limited to standard setups that comply with local codes. Delivery teams cannot connect propane (LP) gas, even if a conversion kit is included.
• Anti-Tip Brackets: For safety, installation teams are required to install anti-tip brackets on certain appliances. Refusal of this safety feature will result in drop-off delivery only, with no connections completed.
