There were too many cons for us to keep this coffee maker:
1. VERY SMALL display that is NOT BACKLIT!! Had to use a flashlight to read it.
2. Very short power cord, must be located VERY close to outlet or an extension cord is needed
3. Hopper and Basket operations were complicated, too many parts and steps
4. “Clean Filter Basket” warning with a BARELY AUDIBLE BEEPING for way too many reasons (see Troubleshooting section of manual)
5. To restart the Keep Warm function, you have to open the filter basket, wait at least 5 seconds, close the basket, turn off grind and start the brew function again. Otherwise the dreaded “Clean Filter Basket” warning haunts you…

I was so excited to get this coffee maker with grind and brew. I had issues from the very beginning.
It would work for two days and then the area where the hopper is would clog. So I would have to clean it out, which meant removing the beans and start again. I like to program it so I have coffee when I get up, but most days that didn’t happen. Do not know if I just had a faulty machine, but decided to take it back. The coffee was good when it worked.

This product has multiple issues—poor design, clunky user interface, and even the coffee quality is disappointing. The display is so tiny it’s practically useless.
