It cooks great and I love using it. I agree with some other posters that you can’t have the grease trap and the lid hanging at the same time, but it isn’t a big deal to me to rest the lid on the ground. For being as inexpensive as it is for a Blackstone griddle I have to give it 5 stars. I would love a bigger one that has a stand and 46 burners and 10,000 inches of cooking space, but this meets my needs. It comes ready to accept the small 1 lb propane containers but it burns through those super fast. I went through 2 full bottles when I seasoned it and had 2 cooks after. I bought an aftermarket part to be able to connect my large propane tank and that works great. For the price you can’t get any better.

If you don’t mind taking the lid off and placing it on the ground or a table or somewhere other than hanging on the back of grill, which it is pictured as, then you will probably be OK with this. However, if you do want to hang your lid on the grill, and you want to use the grease cup that hangs off the back…you cannot do these two things simultaneously. The design was given no thought for the way, in my opinion, most people would prefer to use this product. So if your in the store looking at this item, hang the grease cup on the back and then try hanging the lid and the flaw will be evident.
