I love using my total gym XL7. I t was very simple to put together with the step by step instructions . Since I received the equipment including the instructional videos. My work out regimen from 0 to working out twice a day. My total gym experience is definitely a keeper. And I love it & would recommend the equipment to everyone. This a truly a great deal & will help me become a healthier person.

This is the second Total Gym I have had. The first one lasted 15 years. The new one has quite a number of updates and much easier to adjust from one exercise to another. Another quality by Total Gym.

I love this exercise machine. I have been sore since I got it but it’s a good sore. Excellent quality and easy set up. I can’t meaningfully comment on lower body exercises because I didn’t buy it for those muscles. I like using my own weight as the resistance. I have found all components to fit well and be more sturdy than I need at 195 lbs.

This XL7 model is very sturdy in comparison to the higher end Fit model. Very good sliding bench for the price and includes all the attachments. I would suggest purchasing the XL squat stand.

I couldn’t wait for it to arrive. It was easy to start using (fully assembled except for attachments). Tricky to get up stairs (heavy). Still on the beginner exercises but using it on a regular schedule.

Love the resisted and the safety features don’t like the foot stand to small will cost and extra $99 for a bigger one shame it did not come with on. Other then that I like the equipment me and husband use it.

This product was easy to set up and easy to use. Well built, convenient, and both my wife and I use the system. I would recommend for any home gym.

The home gym was very easy to assemble for this 55 y/o woman. The instructional video was very helpful in learning how to do the exercises, but the gym model that was used in it wasn’t the same gym I have so I did not have some of the pieces on mine that were on the video. That is my only complaint (although I’m still giving it 5 stars) send DVD’s that go with the specific model purchased. It’s easy to use, works well for an at home gym, and was affordably priced!
