    Bought during the pandemic due to my gym closing and I absolutely love it! It’s easy to set up, compact and comes with a ton of accessories. Such a good value for your money. It was a little awkward the first time I used it but you get the hang of it pretty quickly. The different exercises you can do seem endless and you can find tons of fun workouts online! So happy with my purchase.

    So obviously this is not the creme of the crop version. But has a decent amount of resistance levels. Comes with a bunch of attachments which are fairly easy to use once you figure them out lol. I haven’t used the DVDs yet as am still familiarizing myself with the machine. I find the workout book to be helpful. There are additional exercises in the back of the pamphlet too. Which utilize the crunch bars etc. I went through and circled the ones I felt comfortable performing. Then also in the back are workout logs. Which you can put th level , reps, etc.. make photocopies so you have extra . Then can keep track of progress. It’s a little pain to setup to make sure you don’t smooch your fingers so pay attention to directions on how to fold and unfold. Otherwise great machine in lieu of the gym.

    Ww puchused the toral gym because we had to cancel our gym membership and we are so glad we did. This gives you a great workout and doesn’t require much time at all. Would highly recommend this product.

    The total gym was easy to set up and is easy to use. Instructions are clear and exercises are in 2 places, a book and a booklet the rests on a stand on the Total Gym. I have already recommended to others who have ordered and love it too!

    Easy to transition from one exercise to another. Slides easily on bare floor when on the mat that comes with it, so I was able to leave set up for easy access whether I follow along with dvd, or just do a quick work out.

    This is a all-in-one product that is very simple to install, use and maintain. This uses less space as well.
    The booklet and the dvd’s are super useful to see the various kind of exercise that you can do.

    All in all, a very good product to buy and keep at home for your gym needs.

    I purchased a Total Gym back in early 2003. Its still around and my son uses it now. Decided to buy another one for my own. Still very similar in form and function but has many more features…LOVE IT!
    Unboxing requires help as its a bit heavy but I was able to start using it in less than 40 minutes.
    Wish there was more Apps that had a routine to follow but with the existing videos, its better than nothing.
    Go get one, you wont regret it….especially at this price.

    The newer model of the Total Gym is much improved. I have had an older Total Gym at our home in Michigan. The XL7 is more sturdy and has improved functions. Very pleased with the new Total Gym!
