    I purchase this for my husband, who is 6ft 260pd. Plugged it in work for the first massage 17 minutes. He added a second massage back to back for 17 minutes and mid massage it turned off. So we shut the main power unplugged waited 30 minutes. We plugged back in turn the main power on and nothing. We shut down unplugged again waited for the next day and nothing. We returned it and got our money back.

    I have always used massage therapists for at least monthly massage. With this chair I am no longer spending $100+ per massage… I simply turn it on, sit in it and let the magic happen. It is awesome….so awesome that I purchased a second one for my sister’s home in Arizona so that when we visit we can have it available and she can use it when she is home…..

    Unfortunately, it stopped working after a few days. If it hadn’t been so big and bulky and that I needed help getting it in the car and in my house and then back to my car and to the store, I might have exchanged it for a new one.

    My wife and I used it for a week, worked gereat, then the chair lost all power. Support is slow, they are supposed to send a new power board. If it does not arrive soon, we will be returning the chair.

    We love this chair and the kids fight over it. I do love sitting on it and how it feels but afterwards, my back is very sore where it was massaged. It’s a good hurt so I don’t mind but could be painful for some.
