I got this on sale and after 3 months the lower back massager stopped working. The top shoulder ones are starting to slow down now as well. Its an awkward fit for 6ft or taller especially with the shoulders.
The best part are the legs but there isnt fine grain control so you’re at the will of the preprogrammed routines which cycle the leg massages every minute on/off. Theres also the gimmick of the chair rocking back and forth but occasionally the legs part tightens while you’re leaned back with legs fully extended and then it proceeds to move all the way back down and then try to force its way down, either causing the chair to click or push your legs out of the machine.

This massage chair is fantastic you can fall asleep in it, I decided to do this writing since it did not go well to me I have medical problems in my lower back, however I consider that for people who do not have medical problems as I am a dream.thank you Alberto.

The buying experience was smooth and the price seemed quite good. The performance of the product could be a lot better. But, It’s value for money. The settings seem easy, but don’t seem to work as understood. It was a quick setup and install, and easy to operate. The pressure points/airbags could be better, especially the next and shoulders part.

We all love this chair. My favorite is the YOGA setting–so relaxing! Love the zero gravity. Initially the air pressure on the legs was uncomfortable, but after a few uses, it felt good. But if it’s not for you, you can reduce the compression or turn it off completely. I would prefer the heat setting was a little warmer, but all in all this helps my chronic joint pain. I wrote this review as part of a sweepstakes but this is an honest review. I use this chair at least twice a day and my husband daily.

Good buy. Love the zero gravity feature. Really helps you relax and give your muscles a break. Can be hard around bony areas, so adjust pressure accordingly. Otherwise, perfectly satisfied with the purchase.
