It has been over one month since I ordered this table. When it finally arrived, it was not the table I ordered and it was damaged. After a multitude of emails and telephone calls I am no closer to resolving this. I was told a replacement might not be available until November, although it would be the same incorrect table that was delivered. I was told a refund would only be issued after a third party vendor delivered the table back to BJ’s – the same third party vendor who can not assure me when a replacement will be available. I was actually told to shop elsewhere if I wasn’t happy! I am still waiting for a return call from the home office. I have never experienced such poor customer service, which is no reflection on the outstanding customer service received in-store. I will never order anything online from bjs again. Buyer beware!

Cons: Took a long time to put together. The sling chairs hold puddles of water, so you have to tip them over to remove the standing water. Pros: Fast shipment and very comfortable and nice looking

The furniture is easy to assemble, it is light and comfortable. The Lazy Susan is a bonus addtiion.

I was looking for a patio set that did not have cushions or padding because I am using it next to a pool. We saw this set in the store and tried it out there. It is comfortable and the right height for dining. We then ordered on line. Delivery was smooth and faster than time that was quoted.. It came in 2 boxes that were heavy but my husband and I could move without extra help. My husband had no trouble putting it together and it was on our deck in a few hours. We have only owned it for about a month so I don’t know how it will hold up. We plan to bring it in at the end of the season due to harsh New England winters. Compared to price of many sets it seems to be well worth the money.

Nice table set for the money. I was looking for a table set that didn’t have a glass top. So when I seen this set in the BJ’s add I had to order it. 2 sets of them actually. Lot of work putting them together but when my husband was done they were prefect.

The table set is great and I would definitely buy again. However, the 3rd party they ship through was horrendous. I’d pay full price for delivery, or pay to rent a truck, before ever allowing them to ship again. BJs “customer service” was no help with my shipping issues either.

This is an awesome outdoor patio dining set. The chairs are extremely comfortable (you can lay your head back and fall asleep) and ALL furniture is light weight. It’s very easy to assemble and well made. The table is beautiful and unique with a lazy susan in the middle. Tried to purchase this set several times in the very beginning of Spring and it was always out of stock at Voorhees and on-line. That’s an indication many customers know this is a set not to be passed up.
