BODYWEIGHT RESISTANCE
Incline Rower CE is the only row machine on the market that uses adjustable bodyweight resistance on an incline. Variable resistance incline can be raised or lowered to adapt to all workout needs. Two levels of resistance: 17% or 20% of bodyweight.  Option to add additional 0-15lbs of variable band resistance.

FOOT PLATFORM
Foot Platform provides option for single foot positions. 

SPACE SAVER
Folds for easy storage. Stores upright against a wall or in a closet (Folded: 24″ wide by 25″ deep by 98″ tall) In use, requires only 12 square feet of floor space. 

QUICK REFERENCE EXERCISES

The Total Gym Incline Rower CE is different than a traditional indoor rower. The Incline Rower CE mirrors a rowing movement pattern with a completely different resistance pattern. In addition to rowing at an incline, the Incline Rower CE is built for multi-planar movement, including exercises such as biceps curls and an alternating side to side row.
